What to Expect
act as responsible lead for complex programs and multiple parallel projects at our clients
provide strategic advice at C-level - from concept through to implementation governance
build and further develop long-term client relationships
help shape our service offerings and acquire new consulting topics
act as a mentor and sparring partner for our consultants and senior consultants
actively contribute to the further development of Pielen & Partner as a company
Requirements
have at least six years of professional experience in consulting or a comparable role with a strong advisory component
have successfully completed a degree in business, business informatics, engineering, IT, or a comparable field
have several years of experience leading large-scale projects or programs
bring solid experience in at least one of our core industries - automotive, financial services, defense, healthcare - or one of our focus areas
have a strong network in consulting or industry that you can actively bring in
are confident at C-level, even in challenging situations
think entrepreneurially and want to help shape Pielen & Partner
identify with our company values: initiative, quality awareness, and empathy
have very good German and English skills
