What to Expect
actively contribute to demanding client projects - from analysis through to implementation
independently manage subprojects and work packages
create presentations, analyses, and decision documents for top management
prepare and conduct workshops with clients
act as a sparring partner for our senior consultants and clients
Requirements
have completed a degree in business, business informatics, engineering, IT, or a comparable field with above-average success
ideally bring first professional experience through internships or working student roles in consulting or a strategic environment
have strong analytical and conceptual skills
work in a structured, independent, and quality-conscious way
present yourself confidently and professionally in client environments
identify with our company values: initiative, quality awareness, and empathy
are confident using Microsoft Office and ideally Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira
have very good German and English skills
