This position is for you if you know how the defense sector really works – not from a textbook, but from your own experience. In recent years, you have been involved in projects within the Bundeswehr, NATO, the defense industry, or related organizations, and you are familiar with the structures, the language, and the people behind them.

What to Expect
lead demanding defense client projects - from strategy development through to operational implementation
independently plan and deliver projects in the defense environment and, depending on need, also in non-defense projects
present and communicate project results at management and decision-maker level
actively help shape and expand our service offerings in Defense & Industrial Defense
act as a professional sparring partner for clients from the Bundeswehr, NATO-related environments, defense companies, and defense-adjacent organizations
Requirements
have at least three years of relevant professional experience in the defense sector - for example with the Bundeswehr, in a NATO environment, at a defense company, or in a defense-adjacent organization
have a strong network in the security and defense environment that you can actively bring in
have successfully completed a degree in economics, business psychology, engineering, IT, or a comparable field
ideally bring an additional two to three years or more of experience in consulting, project management, or program management
have strong analytical, methodological, and conceptual skills
are confident and professional when working with clients in security- and defense-related environments
have strong presentation and communication skills
identify with our company values: initiative, quality awareness, and empathy
are confident using Microsoft Office and ideally Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira
have very good German and English skills
