What to Expect
lead demanding client projects - from strategy development through to operational implementation
independently plan, manage, and deliver projects and subprojects
present and communicate project results at management and decision-maker level
act as a professional sparring partner for our clients and consulting team
help shape our service offerings and further develop our methods
guide and support junior colleagues in project contexts
Requirements
have at least three years of professional experience in consulting or a comparable role with a strong advisory component
have successfully completed a degree in business, business informatics, engineering, IT, or a comparable field
have strong analytical, methodological, and conceptual skills
have experience independently leading projects or subprojects
are confident and professional when working with clients, including at management level
have strong presentation and communication skills
identify with our company values: initiative, quality awareness, and empathy
are confident using Microsoft Office and ideally Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira
have very good German and English skills
